I have another new card to share today.   This one is for the progressive challenge at Deedee's Digis!

I colored this one with Copic Pens, made another step card and added some Dazzles at the bottom.  I added some Stickles to his flippers and swim suit, and added some extra bubbles!   The background is done with Gelatos!

Inside I added one of the sentiments that came with the set!
