I can hardly believe that it is the end of October already!   This month has just flown by!
Since its Thursday, that means another Twisted Thursday Challenge is up and running at the Outlawz!
The theme is the usual "Anything Goes...with the twist being...An Easel Card!"  So, show us your newest creations featuring an Easel Card!  Our sponsor this month is:

I used this adorable sleeping elephant to make a Get Well Card.  I colored the image with Prismacolor  Pencils.  I cut the image, layers and the card base using a SB Die.  The dark blue layer is cut from glitter paper, as are the little hearts.  The sentiment is one I have had for years.

Inside, I added another SB Die cut using two different sizes of labels, added some gems to keep the card open and two larger glitter hearts!
I hope you find time to join us at the Outlawz with your Easel Cards this week.
Don't forget to visit our sponsor this week to see some more of their cute images!
Thanks for stopping by, and have a great week!

Hello everyone, and happy Thursday!  Since its Thursday, that means there is a new challenge starting at the Outlawz!  This week the theme is 'Anything Goes...with the twist being...Favorite
Technique!"  Our sponsor for this week is

I used this adorable polar bear and penguin image.  I love embossing, and I especially love embossing Shimmer Sheetz!  They are so bright and sparkly!  This card is embossed with a snowflake folder on both layers, added a glitter layer in white and some punched snowflakes.  The image was colored with Copic Pens, and then I added glitter nail polish to the iceberg to make it look icy!  The last thing I did was mount the image on a Wobbler so it looked like they were bobbing in the water!

Inside, I added a winter tree, a sentiment and some snowflakes!
Thanks for stopping in and have a great week!

Today, I have a card to share that I made for the Deedee's Digi Challenge!  This is a progressive challenge and as long as you enter, you get the next month's images free!   Buy the images the first time and then receive the next month's free if you enter the challenge!   What a sweet deal!   You get a lot, too...the images and sentiments, colored and uncolored, its a great deal!
I colored this one with Prismacolors!  The leaves at the bottom are a stamp from Sweet and Sassy stamps, and I added a few to the background to look like leaves blowing in the wind.

This is an easel card, and inside I used one of Deedee's sentiments!

The easel card in the open position.   Inside I chalked with a light orange to give some subtle shading to the white area, and a bit heavier around the sentiment.
I also added some leaves that were cut using a die.
I hope you go on over to Deedee's Digis to check out the challenge...you still have plenty of time to join this month!
Thanks for stopping by!

Its another Happy Twisted Thursday over at the Outlawz!  This week the challenge is the normal "Anything Goes...with the twist being...Outdoor Theme!"  Our awesome sponsor is:

I decided to use a side step card and used a Sassy Cheryl image that I thought would be perfect for a card I needed.   Little Sally is looking outside wishing she could be outside!  I used my Silhouette machine to cut the card base and the papers.  I then added some flower and vine embellishments along with the little Chickadee.
I hope you take time to visit Lee Digi Shop
to see some great new designs!

Thanks for stopping by, see you next week!
