Its Thursday...A new Twisted Thursday Challenge has just begun at the Outlawz!  This week the theme is Anything Goes, with the twist being...Anything Goes!  So come join us with whatever you are working on!
I used this cute House Mouse image called Knit Gift!  I love these adorable mice!
They are colored with Polychromos pencils.   The image is cut out with a SB die and the purple flower layer is made with the WeR Memory Keepers Flower Punch Board.  The flower on the inside is also made using this tool, in another size.   I added some Dazzle embellishments and some flowers.

Inside is a simple sentiment, some stamped butterflies and the flower.
That's it for this week, thanks for stopping by!

WOOHOO!!! Spring starts tomorrow!  I hope some of you are actually seeing spring weather!  Happy Spring!  But, its Thursday, so that must mean a new challenge is starting at Twisted Thursday over at the Outlawz!  The theme this week is the usual...Anything Goes, with the Twist being...Favorite Color! I used an image from Kraft Kimmie, called Katherine!
One of my favorite colors is purple!  I colored this image with Copic Pens, cut it out and layered it on a silver paper that had been embossed with bows.  I added the Eiffel Tower which I sprayed with Shimmer Mist, and then added the bow.

Inside I added the dress form and the "Little Black Dress".  The quote is from Coco Chanel, so I thought a French designer theme would be appropriate.

I thought this would be a perfect card for my daughter!

Thanks for stopping in, and Happy Spring!

Here is another card for the Progressive Challenge at Deedee's Digis!   I am catching up on all of my March Challenges! This month we got this adorable image for Easter!
I colored the image with Polychromos Pencils, cut the train cars out and used a LaLa Land die across the top.  I put a strand of pearls for the train tracks, and added the sentiment.

Inside is the rest of the sentiment and the same die cut across the top.
I hope you hop on over to Deedee's Digis and join the challenge for this month!
Thanks for stopping by!

The Progressive Freebie Challenge at the Outlawz is up and running for March, there is an adorable image to work with from Gerda Steiner.
I thought this little elephant and bird was just the cutest and could be used for so many different occasions.
I colored the image with Polychromos Pencils and cut the image out.   The black layer is glitter paper to look like stars and the night sky.  I used dies from LaLa Land for the moon and stars and also the sentiment.

Inside are more stars from another die from the set and more glitter paper!
I hope you have a chance to join the Freebie Challenge at the Outlawz!
Thanks for stopping in!

Another new Twisted Thursday Challenge is getting started at the Outlawz!  The theme is Anything goes with the Twist being...Three of the Same Thing!   I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with for this one!
I used this Stampingbella image from the Uptown Girls called Sunny Is Stylish!
I colored her with Copic Pens and added layers of pink!  I added three flowers for my "3 of the same thing" part of the challenge.

Inside is just a repeat of some paper from the outside, and two metallic dots.
Thanks for stopping in to visit!

Its Thursday and the start of a new Twisted Thursday Challenge over at the Outlawz!  This week the challenge is the normal... Anything goes, with the twist being...Texture!  With all the lovely embossing folders it is easy to add some texture!  I used a stamp called Feline Curious from Stampendous!
I made a gatefold card because it suited the image so well.   I colored the image with Polychromos Pencils, then cut it out.   It is made to fit against an edge to look like he is peaking from behind a door.  The right hand side of the card is kraft paper that has been inked and embossed with a woodgrain embossing folder.  The left side is paper from my stash, with some stick on letters.  The sentiment on the right is from a stamp set I've had.   Since it says "A Little Birdie Told Me", I thought I would put a few bird feathers on the card, courtesy of our one pet bird, Eddie!  If you look close, there is a feather in the cat's mouth!   I guess it was the last thing the little birdie said!
The card partially open.

The inside, has some more of the green paper and a square of burlap.

Thanks for stopping by this week.
