I want to share a card that I made for the Festive Fridays Challenge at the Outlawz this week.  The theme I chose to use was Cat Respect Day!   I had this cute House Mouse Stamp and thought it would be perfect!
I colored the image with Copic Pens and added a stenciled background, and a piece of ribbon across the bottom.   I layered the image on SU Papers.  The sentiment is from Tim Holz.

Inside I added the rest of the sentiment and some more layers and flowers punched from the same paper.
Tomorrow a new challenge starts at Festive Fridays...I hope you join the fun!

I can hardly believe that March is coming to an end!  We have one more Twisted Thursday for this month!  The Twist is...Anything Goes!  Our sponsor for this whole month has been Bugaboo Stamps!  They have a huge selection of the cutest stamps!
I was taking an online Watercolor Pencil class by Dion Dior.   In that class she taught us to draw images and to use watercolor pencils.  Unfortunately, the class is now closed.  This was an image she taught us to draw and to watercolor.  I was happy with the end result, so I decided to make it into a Thank You card!

Inside I used a piece of printed vellum from SU on top of green.  I stamped the sentiment with Mementos Ink and let it dry overnight.  I wasnt sure what was the best ink to use on vellum.  I added a small strip of ribbon to the bottom.
I hope you can join us at Twisted Thursday at the Outlawz and be sure to visit our sponsor!

I have a new Festive Fridays card to share.  There are 4 new challenges again for this week!  I chose St. Patrick's Day.  I am using a fun image from Bugaboo Stamps, called StPatFrog.
I colored this cute little guy with Spectrum Noir Glitter pens, so he is all sparkly!  I then cut him out.  I cut the die shapes with my new Gina Marie dies.  The shamrocks were some I had.  I added some Glossy Accents to the beer mug, and also some Aleene's Snow for the foam on top.

Inside I added the included sentiment on some more die cuts, and a couple more shamrocks!
I hope you join the fun at Festive Fridays!

There is a new challenge starting at Twisted Thursday at the Outlawz.  The this this week is, "Show Us Some Green!  Green is the color we are looking for!
I used this image called SB Fireman Cat, from our sponsor, Bugaboo Stamps!
I colored this one with Polychromos Pencils.  The background was done using Gelatos.  I added some Stickles to the hat and a few gems on the ribbon pieces.   I used some tissue paper to make the light green background.   This was tissue paper that is used by florists.   It has a waxy coating and doesn't tear as easily.   I crumpled it up and then sprayed some adhesive on on a white paper and glued it in place.   I like the texture that this created!

I added some more on the inside along with some thread and a stamp.

Take time to visit our sponsor,

I made a card for the Festive Fridays Challenge over at the Outlawz.  The theme I chose this week was "Old Stuff"!  I used this fun "old" cowboy image from Stitchy Bear.
I colored the image with Copic Pens and sponged a background with Distress inks.  I added the "Howdy" greeting after applying glitter to each letter.  I added some Bakers Twine to make the lasso stand out.

Inside I just added a quirky sentiment!   I have a friend who will get this!

I have a new card today, that I made for the March Progressive Freebie Challenge at the Outlawz!  The adorable image was donated by Gerda Steiner!   Its the cutest bunny!  I made it into an Easter card, but it could be used for so many different things!
I made the background paper with Color Bursts.  I cut the image out and colored him with Copics.  I added Glossy Accents to his glasses and some Stickles to the frames.  I then die cut the eggs and put them on double sided tape and added the glitter.  I put the bunny on a Wobbler and last I added a sentiment and some Easter Grass at the bottom.

Inside, I added some Washi Tape, some leftover green tissue paper that was scrunched up and glued to card stock, another egg and the sentiment!
You have all month to join the Progressive Challenge!   I hope you come see all the wonderful DT projects, and join the challenge!

It's Thursday, and that means another new challenge is getting underway at Twisted Thursday at the Outlawz!  This month our sponsor is Bugaboo Stamps, and they have loads of super cute images, so be sure to visit them!  Our theme this week is to use dies or punches!
I used this cute image called "Snowball Penguins"!  I colored them with Prismacolor Pencils, and added Stickles to their hats and the snowballs.  I then added some Aleene's Snow to the ground and around the snowballs.  This gives the card some wonderful texture and sparkle!  I then cut it out, layered it on a snowflake embossed background and for my die cut I added a corner snowflake die cut.

Inside I added some more snowflake die cuts, and a stamped sentiment.
I hope you come join us at Twisted Thursday and join the fun!

I have a new card to share today.   I  made this one for the Festive Fridays Challenge at the Outlawz.  This is such a fun challenge.   There are always 4 different themes to choose from each week.  This week I chose the theme...Open That Bottle.  It sounded like fun!
I just got the new Tim Holz Crazy Cats stamps and dies and couldn't wait to use them!  I thought this combination was perfect for the theme!
I colored the pieces with Copic Pens and used the dies to cut them out.  The cat is mounted on a wobbler, so he moves.  The milk bottle was covered with Glossy Accents.  The images were put on an oval cut from a suede paper.   I embossed a background layer and added some more layers.  I then made a sentiment using the ZinkHappy printer!

Inside is plain with lot of room to write!
I hope you join in on the fun at Festive Fridays!
