I wanted to share another card I made for the Progressive Freebie Challenge at the Outlawz.   The sponsor this month was Make It Crafty, and they gave this adorable image for everyone to use, called Wishful Asha!

I colored the image with Copic Pens an added some Stickles and Wink Of Stella!

Inside I added a sentiment and a border across the bottom!
