December Progressive Freebie Challenge

I have a  new card to share with you today!  I made this one for the Progressive Freebie Challenge at the Outlawz!  The sponsor this month is All Dressed Up, and they gave us this adorable image to work with!

I colored her with my Copic Markers and added a ribbon strip of gold trees.  I also added some sequin stars.

Inside I used my  MINC machine to add foil to this sentiment.
