I have a new card to share with you today.  This one is for the Progressive Freebie Challenge at the Outlawz!  This month the image was generously donated by Teresa Arsenault of Tickell Expressions.

I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Glitter Pens, then turned this into a shaker card.  I stamped mini hearts around the background.  I cut out the frame using a SB die.

Inside I used the piece that I had cut out for the front and added another die cut heart and glitter heart.
