The Progressive Freebie Challenge at The Outlawz, has an adorable image from Gerda Steiner this month.

I colored this image with Copic Pens and then added some Spectrum Noir Glitter Pens for sparkle.  I used layers of glitter paper and large gems to add even more sparkle.

For the inside I found the perfect sentiment for all the sparkle from Tim Holz, and then I added even more sparkle!
