I made this card for the Progressive Freebie Challenge at The Outlawz!  This great image is from All Dressed Up, and we want to thank them for that!
I colored the image with Copic pens.  I added the snowflakes using Nuvo Glimmer and a stencil! 

The inside sentiment and snowflakes were cut from glitter paper!

    Absolutely gorgeous! Love how you colored the girl, especially her hat and scarf! Inside is so nice, too!
