This is a card I made for the Progressive Freebie Challenge at the Outlawz!  The sponsor this month is Bugaboo Stamps!   They generously donated this image called Friend Flower Doodle!

I colored the image with Copic Pens and added some Stickles to the butterflies for some bling!   I also added some buttons to the middle of the flowers!
