The Progressive Freebie Challenge at the Outlawz is almost over for the month of June.  I am getting in at the last minute!  We got a wonderful image from Sheepski Designs this month!

The image was colored with Chameleon Pencils.  I covered the image with glitter tulle to add the sparkle!
