Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!   Even though it is Thanksgiving, it is Thursday, so that means we have a new challenge starting at Twisted Thursday at the Outlawz!  Since its the last week of the month the challenge is Anything Goes!

I made this card for a dear friend.  

The leaves were cut from double sided tape and then seed beads were applied to the sticky front.  That was something I had never tried before!   I love the way it turned out!

Its Thursday, so that means a new Twisted Thursday Challenge is starting at the Outlawz!   The twist this week is...Something With Wings!

I used this adorable image called Love is in the Air!  I thought this cute little bird couple was so cute!  I colored the image with Copic Pens, and cut the heart shape out of the front of the card.  I added some Stickles to the tiny heart on the bird and to the berries on the branch.  Then I added some flower stickers to the front, along with a tiny bow and two pearls.

Another Twisted Thursday Challenge is getting started at the Outlawz!  The twist this week is...Paper Piecing!   Always a fun technique!

I used this image called Playing with the Snow!   I colored the image with Copic Markers and then added the paper pieced part.  I added some snowflake sequins to the outside and some glitter nail polish to the icy skating area!  I found some paper in  my stash that had skates on it, so I thought that was perfect to use!

I have another card to share that I made for the Progressive Freebie Challenge at the Outlawz!   This month's sponsor is SLS Lines.  We got an interesting image to work with.  I enjoyed the challenge!

When I first saw this image I immediately thought of Mardi Gras or Carnival, so I decided to go that route!  I colored the image with Copic Pens and then did a sponge background, and added some bling!  The corner embellishments are Dazzles, and some Stickles were added to the hat and jewelry.  The Carnival sentiment was made using the ZinkHappy Printer.  

Inside I added some Dazzle Stickers.

I have a new card to share with you.   I made it for Deedee's Progressive Challenge!  This month we got a cute set, called Polar Peace!

I worked with this cute image of a polar bear and a seal.

I tried a new technique that I saw on YouTube called Northern Lights Background, by DO Stamping. Its a fun technique!  I added  some Dazzle stars and some Stickles for the large star.   I used glitter nail polish for the water, the iceberg and on the polar bear and his scarf!  

Inside I used a sentiment from the set and a gold Dazzle border!
