The new Progressive Freebie Challenge has started at the Outlawz!  This month we got a lovely image for a Mother's Day card or Birthday card!  It was generously donated by Andrea Norris, a DT on the Progressive Team!

I colored the image with Copic Pens, and added some glitter to the flower centers and also to the letters.   I used an Anna Griffin die to cut the image out and matted it on purple paper.  I also made a paper bow using a SU punch.  Last, I added some gems for sparkle!
